Gentle Skincare

This article (see below link) details the kind of skincare advice I give to my clients. If you suffer from spots and blemishes it is often because your skin is overproducing what you are stripping it of during harsh cleansing. By using a gentle cleansing water, milk or gel and only exfoliating once or twice a week, your skin can balance itself. I also recommend that my clients, even/especially those with oily skin, use a lovely facial oil before they apply their moisturiser. This helps to nourish your skin, add moisture to dry bits and encourage your skin not to produce so much oil where you tend to get spots. It tricks your skin into balancing itself!
